We offer same as cash payment plans as well as pay upfront. We invoice with the option of breaking up payments into affordable installments. We also offer special payment plans for those that meet requirements . Specialized training (larger packages) can be broken into weekly or monthly payments.
Our sessions are normally 45 minutes each and 2-3 times a week. Your dog is dropped off and then picked up at the end of each session. You get free monthly maintenance sessions for the life of your dog as well as lifetime trainer support.
One on one training allows individualized attention to your dogs training needs.
Drop off and pickup decreases the distractions of owners as out of sight out of mind. We do ensure owners are completely involved in training from start to finish. Once new commands are learned, we will then allow incorporating owners staying. Specialized training is adjusted according to training needs.
In the Learning Phase, the dog is taught the meaning of a command in a distraction-free environment (i.e., your kitchen) through motivational methods. This means we guide and help the dog through different exercises by giving them food or toy rewards when they do what we want. It's our job to determine what motivator works best for our individual dog.
Once the dog has learned the command in the first location, we then "generalize" the behavior by teaching that behavior in more and more environments and under more and more distractions.
In the Correction Phase, we teach a dog that it will be corrected if it does not follow a command that it has learned during the Learning Phase. We never correct a dog unless we are 100% sure it knows and understands what we are asking him to do. To get 100% consistency of behavior, we must have a correction phase of some sort. While corrections for many dogs may simply mean withholding the reward, for others, it's going to mean a physical correction of some kind. In the end, our dogs must learn to mind in every situation.

One of the main benefits of prong collars is that they provide a more immediate and consistent correction than other types of collars. It mimics how mom corrects the litter.
However, it is important to note that prong collars should be used with caution and should only be used by experienced trainers or owners who understand how to properly use the collar. If the collar is not used correctly, it can cause injury or even death to the dog. It is also important to remember that prong collars should never be left on a dog when they are not being supervised, as they can become caught on something and cause harm to the dog.
We agree with Leerburg that e-collars are great finishing tools but we do not recommend it to be the first step in training.
We are often asked to give demonstrations or speeches regarding dog etiquette and public access laws. We started this non-profit to educate the public on all areas of canine safety in public areas.
